Lolz, this reminds me of 4 years ago, when I was an eager and inquisitive newbie. I asked this exact question and Lovesmayfamilis mentioned Altcoinstalks to me. That was how I discovered that forum.Some other person mentioned a forum where they pay for answering questions, but I can't recall the name again. I think I did also register there but wasn't active.
Now I can't say my newbie stories without mentioning my dear Lovesmayfamilis
