^ I agree with you, blanket bans are absurd, our govsgov is just like Indian parents, too much pampering, rather I say, give population understanding about this apps, and make sure apps promote themselves as they are (i.e, people can lose by playing) and then if people decide to play it's on them.

BTW, there is this guy, who made his life out playing dream11, it's not all bad.
