Best to have certain limitation and make sure to practice following that setup, else, you may fall into addiction and make the situation worse, we all know that feeling that deisre will lead us to keep chasing either to hope to recover our losses or to aim for more money to win, it's mix emotions that needed to control as if you allow greed to dominate, chances that you'll fall and become an addict where you are no longer thinking but you just wanted to continue to please your desire to gamble.

It is only significant to us that gambling or any other high risk has to be conducted in complete awareness of the possible aftermath. In the case of lack of self control we can be carried away by the desire to win more and to recoup his/her losses. This may provoke the desire to keep trying despite knowing that the possibilities of winning are very low. The restrictions, which we impose up-front, are not only a shield against a bad situation in terms of our cash flows, but are also a balancing provision against the loss of sanity.
