I think you do not have to go to any other forum, not even altcointalk, if you are active here. Yes, making an account there in order to try to earn from signature campaign may be the motive for many members but if we talk about the discussions and the extensive topics covered for bitcoin and crypto, then this is the best forum. I would not like to compare bitcointalk with any other forum simply because there is no match of this forum anywhere.
