Yeah, I don't see a point in using a paid email service when you can open a bunch of Gmail addresses and use them for anything. Additionally, Gmail has a very good spam filter so you won't be getting a lot of spam. The only problem is to remember which email you use for gambling, which one is for social networks and so on.
You can use Notepad or MS Excel for Windows or Libre, WPS or other software for Linux. That helps you to organize all of your emails in one file. But don't upload it to the Internet because we don't know how safe their protection is. You can keep it in your computer or other places you think are safe so you will not worry about anything. Making it offline will be better.
Also make sure that you didn't fall from spyware, malware or experience unauthorized access since there's some chance that with those situation your important data might get expose.
This is why we should pay more attention towards dealing with this thing since there are lots of traps anywhere that can possibly compromise us badly.
