That's how it is supposed to be, if one has a sustainable stream of income, they should prioritize and protect that source of income because gambling is not the way out of financial freedom. Some people lost their job because of their gambling addiction lifestyle and some have missed big opportunities because of gambling, so it's always very important that a gambler or bettor should know the right thing to do so that they don't lose very important stuff because of gambling. What addicted and compulsive gamblers have in common is losses, I don't think it usually gets better for them by just being addicted.

This is what gambling is all about literally but the meaning is different to individuals. Gamblers admit physically not to have money in their mind when they want to gamble but the reality is this, money is what draws many people attention to gambling. If you have leave around student areas where they gamble everyday, you will understand where my talk is going, you are going to see student gambling with their school fees and I'm sure we can't accept that is for purpose of fun.

People take loans from banking apps because they want to use the opportunity to make millions, if you see how they arrange games, it will be very difficult to win but they somehow believe they can be lucky and when they win the money, they can pay back the loan they took and then enjoy the rest of the money to leave the lifestyle they have always wanted and dream, this is the sad reality of many gamblers but when you ask them in public, they will not admit to doing it.
