......I was going to wait for 1 or 2 more correct reports.  Oh, and don't forget that dates are optional, but thank you for helping others with the format. :thumbs up:

I don't like seeing new pushers march right to the bench.

I think that it is a good idea to see a couple of good pushup report posts from relative newbie forum members who are choosing to participate in this pushup challenge before whitelisting them fortheir information to be included in the pushup table like you are intendingseem to dobe trying to carry out.. and yeah, we see that some members who have come to this thread might not have follow through, so maybe it is not good to putend up putting them onin the table if they cannot even at least produce a few format-acceptable (and perhaps content acceptable too?) pushup reports.

On another note, I am wondering if you might want to edit out the BTC trade-weighted price for the past few pushup tables since bitcoinityBitcoinity is still down and yourthe BTC price numbers in the tables of the past days are not being updated (are outdated) - as you had mentioned that seemingly broken bitcoinity situation in the "top days" thread)?.

I woke up this morning feeling so tired and exhausted after yesterday's work because I am came very late. I woke up around 7am and I decided to do a little jugging before my daily pushups, after the jugging, I did 70 pushupthat is 10×7 because as a beginner I have to take it easy and consistent matters

As already pointed out, the date is optional, yet several of us still like to put the date in our report, yet at the same time, if you want DirtyKeyboard's script to read the date within your report, then the proper format for the date is two digits on the month and two digits on the day, so your report for today should have had looked like this "2025-08-27" within your report...  You can still edit it in order to have it included for today's run of the script, which is midnight universal time (about 6 hours and 44 minutes from the time of this post)  -  the same is true with single digit days, they need to have a "0" in the front of them in order to be read by DirtyKeyboard's script, so September 3, would look like this:  "2025-09-03"

Yeh - had to have a couple of breaks after I'd caught a nasty dry cough, but I'm feeling much better and noticed my average is just on fourty pushups per day, so decided to aim a little higher from now on with at least two sets of twenty-five (hopefully three sets)
Push on!

I am glad to see that are seeming to get to higher levels of pushups.. and surely the can be difficult for some of us who are claiming to be elderly..

I won't say that they get easier to do, since any of us can expierence various real life issues, injuries and ailments.. and perhaps even psychological barriers.. .even though ongoingly doing pushups also can help us to get over some of the barriers.. and even if doing th pushups do not completely get easier, having some what concrete goals can create incentives and inspiration... .. including sometimes when I block off some time to do the pushups or to carry them out within a shorter window.. sometimes they won't hurt as much since myabe the first one or two sets might hurt the worse as a kind of warm-up, and so some of the subsequent sets might get easier in terms of getting through some of the warm up aspects.

At the same time, I know that in my first 6-ish months of doing pushups, I had to ongoingly purposefully spread my pushup sets through the whole day just to feel that I had proper recovery time between sets.... .. Yet there was some time down the road (maybe around 7 months at one level and then 10 months at another level?) that I come to realize that I was becoming much more capable of cramming my sets into shorter periods of time without needing as much recovery between sets (as compared with my earlier times, so a certain level of concrete improvement that was not really noticeable on a shorter timeline yet became apparent after measuring out my performance improvements over so many months of somewhat subtle and gradual changes in the data..
