I read some of the terms and conditions[1] and found them strange, for example:

Quote
We don't restrict access from any country.
However, there are:

Quote
Automatic refunds to your designated address if detected high-risk transactions
Prevents storage of stolen or illegal funds on the platform

In short, the service is no-KYC, but it collects user data and doesn't process high-risk transactions. What happens if the transactions arewas stolen or illegal? Will they be frozen?

Generally, these terms can be accepted if high liquidity is provided and free pre-deposit checks are conducted (more precisely, clearly defining what is high-risk transactions).
