Many times, people cannot make firm decisions due to excessive excitement, and that is when the problem increases, so one must maintain discipline on oneself, here getting excited only means loss, so maintain the right perspective here.

When ever one is gambling and he or she is not excited about the game he or she is playing, what then is the real essence of playing in the first place? Or maybe the goal is to win and make profit, but still joy and excitement is still very important because gambling and frowning or feeling or being angry will still not make you win the game😁

Gambling is suppose to be for excitements and relaxation, and one of my personal motto in this has always been "stop gambling when ever gambling stops being fun ans or enjoyable".
And one important way to keep enjoying gambling even during times when there are no winnings is to know and maintain or practice all the rules patterning to responsible gambling.
