Yes you are right Austria has struggled with batting in this series mostly setting low targets of around 150 runs even though they have worked hard. However their bowling has been effective. In recent match they successfully chased down target of 144 runs winning their first game of series. This victory despite being easy target shows their potential and could be turning point for them to build on their momentum in future matches.

In this series, Austria won 3 matches by chasing and one win by setting a big target. It can be said certainly that Austria is a much better team than Belgium. If the target is small for any team, then those who chase will easily win the match without pressure. Belgium played big innings in two matches in the series, they did not win those matches either.
