Is it the same as other tokens on the BSC network?
I have no idea about the withdrawal fees on other networks.

So, it sounds like the Winna team just lacked a bit of transparency about the issue. The $1.2 charge seems similar to the withdrawal fees at other crypto casinos I gamble at.
Yeah, it is similar to the withdrawal fee of some other casinos. But it should have been stated on the withdrawal page. I had no idea that they charged withdrawal fee from me. I found it when I checked my withdrawal amount and the amount I received after reading this post of 'vanesha'.

I haven't read other posts by users on this topic, but do you know if anyone has contacted their support team or the forum representative to complain about this? Did they take note of this and have they shown any interest in fixing the lack of transparency?
OP is already aware of this and they have shown their interest in updating the withdrawal fee related information. They had said this one month ago, but haven't updated it yet.

Good point regarding the withdrawal fees. We only charge the blockchain fees but will add this to the backlog. Thanks for the feedback.
I have been asking about this since Winna was first announced on the forum, and they were happy to answer that they would add it, it would be best to be patient and wait for the update to be followed up, the most important thing is that currently there are no disrupted transactions on Winna.com.
