I'm also aware about that. Amorim always keeps 343, which can't be implemented properly by his players. It's obvious his system doesn't work for his player. That makes me wonder whether he does an alternative plan for his club by try something different.

Plus it's not only about his formation, but his players look being so clueless on the pitch in offense and defense. that's something we keep seeing from his club since he came. Hope he aware he must adapt his players, and stop to force his club to follow his order when it's only isolated his team.

The formation is not favouring his players cause it is not a Manchester United style of formation that they are use to. R. Amorim had just introduced it on arrival and what is paining me is that he is not seeing that the formation is not bringing the projected outcome for him cause he does not have the right players within the midfield for that style of formation.

For him to succeed if he insists with the formation he must have a tireless DM that will be doing the dirty work to absorb pressure in the backline but where he can not he has no option than to switch to the Manchester United style which may work for him.
