To think that some gamblers are equally like you who losses stay in their minds longer than the wins, mostly if the lose is a huge one. Some gamers quickly bounce back by taking every game like an independent one, but some others will be needing a win to get rid of the hurt of the lose. In my perspective, I think the best way to treat losses is by first accepting it like it is also part of the game, endeavor to keep stakes around limits you can afford to hold on to, and make sure to go for breaks as soon as feelings gets intensed.
