The thing I do when I'm not gambling is definitely working. I only gamble for 1 hour at most a day, so currently my gambling situation is still good because it doesn't interfere with my work time and when I'm with my family, I prefer to play online games rather than gamble for more than 1 hour.
Everyone has their limits and what actually works for them. Personally I think gambling for an hour might be too much if you are focusing on reducing losses and trying to gamble responsibly. The longer you keep on gambling the more money you lose, from my experience the only thing that can keep a gambler actively gambling for an hour is probably when you are chasing losses and this can end negatively
Over gambling is something that is not encouraged
. Everything, needs to be moderated. Too much of everything is not good and it leads to addiction. I do not support a fixed time for gambling, but naturally flowing with gambling is cool until when you are tired. If it is only 10 mins and you feel to stop gambling for the day, stop. If you are going 2 hours and still energetic and fun, you can continue gambling and will be cool.
