Well I think for a person to be wealthy then they must have alot of money. Or it can be assets, crypto, or some other items worth alot of money.
But if a person does have debt well then they can not be wealthy. I do not think just if you have these options then you can say you are wealthy. You must have some things to show for this wealth.

In my culture, wealthiness is owning assets, and in little sense, those in rural area called goat, cattle, farmland, and many other natural things as asset, they never consider buying a car or building a house, once they can grab these I mentioned then their wealthiness is rest assured.

Moreover, those in the city needs to be very careful because most of them ends up not having any of these because it's an expensive place, they usually stay in the city spending on entertainment to another while getting asset literally make feel like, where else will they keep them since they aren't in their place of abode.
