It is mostly traders that wait for the price of Bitcoin to dip before they can accumulate and sell, investors who are just accumulating Bitcoin newly should not wait for the price to drop before they can buy that strategy of waiting for the dip is wrong, there are good percentage of making profit when you accumulate Bitcoin and hodl for long you can accumulate with the DCA strategy without always waiting for the dip because you will be accumulating at any market condition regularly either weekly or monthly.
