Thank you for your response. I've never used the secret question recovery method. Not that I know off. The account was working well and all of a sudden the locked error started displaying after a couple of days of being non-active on it. Is there any way to try and fix it?
It is possible that
another person attempted to use the secret recovery method on your account which is what caused the lock.
The account recovery team can help with this, though it's a shame they
usually take quite a long time to fill these requests
(after reading your most recent reply I see that you have indeed gotten at least a response from them quickly, so that's a good start).
