Well, isn't it same to poker? people need to understand the game and how to play better in order to win. If they only know the game, but not have a high knowledge, they will be beaten by skilled players.

havestand a chance of winning, unless proven otherwise. Like I said earlier, chess is strictly on rating, luck won't help anybody in 1500 Elo win against a player in 2200 Elo in a blitz game, a low rated player can only stand a chance in a slow game. That is why it'll not be a nice way for gambling.
