Hi,
We noticed a login activity on your account linked with a group that keeps posting malware download links on the forum. You could have been infected yourself if you downloaded something random or from a PM ...
If that is the case your email may also be compromised. Our recommendation would be to stop using it and create a new one, just to be safe.
To prove ownership, are you able to sign a message using the address you paid for the copper membership ? You can use the template below:

You need to give them a signed message.

Next you need to locate the address you used to pay for copper membership. Do you remember this address? if you used a walelt application, you should be able to export the private key, and use the above website to create a signed message.
