This is the only option left for the OP to use in recovering his account. If he still has access to his old wallet, he could easily sign the message, gain access to his account, and set up his security function, and he would be good to go with his account. The team is only doing what they can to protect the account, and they can not tell if OP is the rightful owner of the account. In other words, to prove ownership, OP must have to sign the message to validate his claims.

But after looking at them from blockchain explorer it seems they had transaction history with each other.

Will this be enough to prove ownership? Will the mods accept this? Just a curious question.
