What is a problem is when you quite your job, without any alternative, i mean you enrolled yourself into the unemployed academy, also is important to develop some skills amd training, that way when youare out of job, you have something to fall back to.

do you know that it is hardly before you see someone quitting from his job without having an alternative , sometimes some people miss their opportunities because of misinformation from other people who try to deceive them and that is why they will quit their job without making sure that they have secured another one before leaving the present job they are, that is why I said it is very difficult before something like that happen because many people now have grown to the level that they think beyond what will happen tomorrow, and the another thing is that those people who work on contract there are people who likely to quit their job without having alternative because they believe that if they go out in search of work they will get a similar job

I think you should socialize with more people out there. If your social circle is not broad enough, it will be difficult to detect what I mean. Many of my friends quit their jobs because they were tired or lazy, or they felt that what they were doing was not in line with their desires. This is especially true for the Gen Z generation. Some of my friends who work in HR have said the same thing about the state of the workforce in their respective companies.

Gratitude is a form of thankfulness or acceptance of what we already have in our lives, and we need to realize that life is already that far with what we have. Regarding the fact that we still have hope for the future in life, of course that is a good thing and must be done because it is the human way of life. The mistake that most people make is comparing themselves to others and not feeling that they are worthy of gratitude.
