Yup, that's not the proper way to address this situation. It's not like we were expecting 100 pending withdrawals to be cleared within days of the complaints. No! As I see it, as I was aware, there were only 2 pending withdrawals, not twenty, not ten, but just two. And they failed there too. I don't believe it would be too much of a workload to check everything (investigate) and pay the two users, if found not guilty of any abuses! More than 10 days has already passed but no update whatsoever and they are inactive for 3 days now!...

Ill be shocked if they pay the 2 users we know about. At this point though with the website being down Noone else is at risk of losing any money. Can't deposit, so there's At least a little good news right now.

I am curious to see where this goes from here though.
