I'm surprised with the sacking of Jose Mourinoh because I didn't expect it to happen so soon, Fenerbache's performance in the Champions League qualifier is not Jose Mourinoh's fault; sacking Jose Mourinoh immediately after being eliminated by Benfica will not change anything; Fenerbahçe players are not good enough to compete in the Champions League, which is why they didn't qualify, They tried against Benfica, but they should have tried more, defended better, and won the game. Although the manager should be blame for the team's performance, Fenerbache lacked quality players.
In as much as the sack did come to me as a surprise, I still see another side of it in that they are now beginning to see and understand that mourinho wawas actually  a good coach but has gradually gettinggotten past his prime and there is a limit to how much he can be able  to activate  as a coach that he is at this point and probably they are not willing  to risk it with him based on what they are hoping  to achieve this season  which I Considerconsider pretty fine as at this time they may not have quality players but even their performance did not show they have a good chance even in their domestic league so to a far good extent their actions can be understood from my point of view.
