Interestingly, the pitches in Türkiye are very poor. The stadiums look great, but the pitches are extremely poor.

I don't think the issue is just the heat. If it were just the heat, Arabia would be hotter. I watch the Saudi League matches and the pitches are very nice. I watched the Al Tawon vs. Al Nassr match the other day. The pitch was fantastic. The biggest reason for this may be that the grass doesn't get enough sunlight. For example, most of Kasımpaşa's stadium is open, but the pitch pitch there is also nice.
