I watched the video and it was so devastating seeing how the casino staff attended to the guy saying he can not get paid from the order of the supervisor.
Why don't they just explain whatever the case maybe? That act is absolutely unprofessional.
If such situation happens to you, how would you react? What a person even can do in this situation? Go away with chips? Give chips to someone else and let him cash out? Contact lawyer?
If it was me, I will try to contact the casino's authority or regulatory bodies and lay my complains. I am sure they will be best to tell me what the problem is but if they act alike (no explanation), I will have to choice than
going to the legal way by getting a lawyer.
