For me it’s the opposite. When I lose my bankroll I usually deposit more to chase my losses, and that ends up with me losing everything which turns into a bigger problem. I never really work hard just to finance my gambling, it’s more about losing patience. Greed kicks in, we break our own rules, and suddenly we gamble recklessly.
Gambling is not what will inspire you to get more, instead it will inspire you to lose more, which is why it's very important for one to always have self-control and discipline, because it can helps one to work or gamble within their budget.
Also, discipline and self-control also helps one to gambling responsibly.
Sometimes gambling becomes hope for other gamblers, because they watch or read in the news that someone who was once poor suddenly became rich because of gambling, so this is probably one of the reasons why they are inspired to play gambling.
Because they think they can imitate what the person who became rich playing casinos has experienced, but they don't think that the trend in the field
