The new biweekly leaderboard is here and it shows 5 places. I don't know if it's the same but there are only 5 people so far so it's not showing top 10 prizes, but it's still very good for a small starting community.
It's going to show top 10 prize when people starts going in, only 5 participants had joined yet.Wait for more players to flow in, the next 4 days and check it out, that's how it had been.
I'm not sure, but I believe, can you give me some more tips, if it's true the bet is not more than 0.5, I even spend at least $10-15 for $1000 wager, please share that information 
His explanation is sketchy, $0.2-0.5 per wager totaling $10k a day, that means he hit "Bet" button 50k times in a day with $0.2 and 20k times with $0.5.Bitinity come explain more better.
