Not trying to defend 1Win here or anything like that, but I don’t think they processed your withdrawal request (or speed it up) just because you filed those complaints.
Few other customers have experienced similar delays with their withdrawals before and they all eventually got paid. Anyway, congrats on receiving your money and I’m glad it didn’t take more than 48 hours as the support agent suggested.
Still, I hope the 1Win team will take a look at it and do something about it in case this is not an isolated case.
