They played three matches straight into the league, and today they suffered their second defeat something you're not used to at all for Manchester City.

Pep Guardiola's time at Manchester City should've ended in 2023/24 season but he wasn't just wise enough to read the writings on the wall. Last season, he made a lot of us believe that the club struggled because of injuries to club's most important players but I certainly wasn't among those who believed that narrative. He's currently clueless at the moment
even after he made significant additions to the team this summer transfer window.
Brighton's victory today against Manchester City I think shows that the Manchester club really need another tactician who'll bring the team back to winning ways but if the club management decides to stick with Pep Guardiola because of his his past records at the club, then I won't be surprised to see City struggle for a top four finish at the end of the current campaign
