I don't consider AS Roma as a title competitor but if you think Juventus can compete for Scudetto, I would disagree with you on why AS Roma can not compete for it too. AS Roma and Juventus dont' have big difference in player resources which are nearly same in quality while at their head coach positions, I can say AS Roma have a better head coach than Juventus. In a league title race, a quality and experienced head coach can contribute a lot of things for the club and AS Roma have Gasperini while Juventus only have Tudor.

Inter Milan have similar issue like Juventus, as their head coach is Chivu and I believe that both Juventus and Inter Milan will have different big issues in this seasons with two young head coaches, Chivu and Tudor.

Juventus can easily compete for the title, but unfortunately Roma can't. I'm a Roma fan, but I have to be objective and say that Juventus is a great team and will do very well this year. I've been saying since the beginning that these guys will win something. Tudor can definitely do well if he continues like this.
