BC.Game Support knows about this already as I've escalate this to their higher ups and [as I've made very much clear in that player's SA thread] all my contact on BC can do right now is wait for an update from every departments' they inquired, so they can get a fuller picture, if they haven't got that already on their work device, on their work station, in their office, of which pretty much likely not accessed during weekends.
Lots of casinos contact I have take their leave on weekend.

There’s a lot of issue recently but we all know the majority of this users has a violation. I’m currently using this casino and the support is very attentive to all my concerns.

Well, I can't give rating of how secure and/or recommended this casino or other casinos are, as I am just a nobody with no knowledge worthy enough to pass a judgement or give a rating to a casino. All I can say is this casino provides me with several contacts from several divisions, of where I reach and "assign" a case as I see fits [for example someone from FIAT will clearly handle deposit dispute, a KYC case will come to compliance, etc.] that are reachable and responsive.
Yes, some of them are slow in responding sometimes, but I also do know most of them [especially the one that I "assign" most disputes] bring their work home. Bed even. They still reply to me and went AWOL mid-conversation, and explained the next day that they fell asleep.
Your credibility is more than enough to launch your own casino review site including your connection. I admire your humbleness.
It’s reassuring to know that BC contact is still professional and always in-touch. Those multiple issue against this casino makes the support looks like ignoring all the scam accusation if the viewer will not do a proper checking on the issue.
