After providing KYC, documentation, passing the interview, The exchanger just started IGNORING me ABSOLUTELY everywhere, at the mail, on their website in the live chat.
ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING WAS PROVIDED. I can confirm this, download all the correspondence from the mail for you.
They haven't responded to my emails for 8 months now
when I say the SWAP number in the LIVE chat, the operator simply leaves the chat, checked a dozen times (I can confirm)
What kind of support and quality are we talking about? You can't answer your client for 8 months
They are just scammers. You should avoid them at any cost. They respond in public places as if they are too innocent, and they are working hard to fix these problems, but the reality is, they don't care about your complaint. They hold the fund as long as possible and try to scam you. They may refund you if you can create any pressure from the legal entity.
I am unsure if they solved any cases in the past few months. All I see is a bunch of scam accusations here and there, and they are just copy-pasting generic responses everywhere as if they are working hard to solve the issues.
