@Nexchange.co.uk is just paid to come here and defend what is left of their reputation here, they know nothing about these cases and they cannot provide any update, not because of its sensitivity or legal reasons, but because they have absolutely no information about what is going on.

I hope at one point they decide to give your money back to you, but that is looking increasingly unlikely. There is no doubt that they are scammers, and i suspect Exodus are a part of this, because they can see all scam accusations against this platform, yet they route swaps through them.
