Team work has always been the best. You can crush numbers you couldn't have done alone. The motivation alone is something else. I remember when I used to go to the gym with my group, it used to be draining because we would do alot, pushing each other to be better and attain new strength and height.

But for now, I do all my push ups and few exercises all alone. Work wouldn't let me start calling friends or get people around me before I start pushing as that will take all my time. So it's just me and the floor plus this might Ans great community here in BitcoinTalk forum. The forum and this thread is my encouragement and we keep going. My desire for fitness too is also another reason for been here also.
