What kind of support and quality are we talking about? You can't answer your client for 8 months
I sent them a PM several days ago informing them about another complaint thread against their platform, and they replied to me earlier saying they'd address the thread, and I assume they'd post on other active complaint threads against them too, but it looks like they haven't done that.
Anyway, it is extremely ridiculous that your issue with their platform has not been resolved after 8 months.
Also, I checked your post history and saw that you haven't created your own complaint thread. I think you should create one and provide evidence backing up your claims.
