In terms of technology, altcoins are sometimes superior to Bitcoin, including fast transactions and so on. That's why many people say altcoins were created to compete with Bitcoin, even though they ultimately failed.

One thing we need to realize and understand is that all altcoins are alternatives to Bitcoin. So as alternative coins, they certainly won't be able to compete with Bitcoin forever. Although many altcoins have emerged, some of which are touted as potential replacements, Bitcoin remains a priority asset for everyone, even altcoin developers, who still consider Bitcoin their priority asset for the long term. Because when studying crypto as a whole, they inevitably conclude that Bitcoin is the king of all coins.
