I think that wouldn't be allowed even if some day any porn site come here for the signature campaign. Bitcointalk doesn't tolerate pornographic material and that is why we have a rule regarding NFSW.

I have seen some threads announcing about the porn sites such as this RedCAM.ME sort of announcement thread and a few others, but it never go beyond that to that campaign's advertisement level.
