If the internet shuts down for even one day a lot of things will get affected bitcoin will be least of concerns. You know how many cloud based systems are working in offices, hospitals? Them shutting down means a country is going to a standstill.
But hypothetically speaking without internet I am still not aware of how bitcoin can be used. Although honestly I am not that well versed with this part of the tech, so maybe someone else can give a better answer.
Practically speaking in such a scenrio saving your own life will become koremore important.
