While it's normal to have delays, it's still not good for the image of 1Win casino to have those continuous delayed withdrawals.
Gamblers don't like to wait when it comes to withdrawal so some could really become impatient.
This is exactly why I suggested in my pevious reply reviewing this and fixing it once and for all, if that’s possible of course.
Most users will get frustrated if their withdrawal request doesn’t get processed quickly and they may even assume that they are being scammed, just like in this case.
What would make things even worse is the lack of communication. I'm pretty sure users will be more understanding if they are given an explanation for the delay and reassured that their issue will get resolved eventually.
I don't know if they are always monitoring this thread or even everywhere and if they see lots of complains regarding on their withdrawals there's a chance that they would look on the situation then fix provably that fix those issues.
For sure they can't afford to lose their reputation since they build their brand for many years. So let see what's their next approach and if people would still encounter such delays.
No one like to play on a platform which have issues with their withdrawal, but I'm confident that 1win would do something to fix this.
