I don't know if they are always monitoring this thread or even everywhere and if they see lots of complains regarding on their withdrawals there's a chance that they would look on the situation then fix provably that fix those issues.
For sure they can't afford to lose their reputation since they build their brand for many years. So let see what's their next approach and if people would still encounter such delays.
No one like to play on a platform which have issues with their withdrawal, but I'm confident that 1win would do something to fix this.
Brother, I'm sure there is, the marketing team is monitoring this thread, they are not only spending on marketing but also on support from the team, all they ask is for the complainants to make it clear their concern I'm sure one of the team will approach him to get his ID or he can drop the ID and they will look into it.
The last thing 1WIN wants is to ignore their complaints. However, we understand that, like other platforms, their support is handling a high volume of tickets. 1WIN is committed to addressing these tickets and will do so eventually.
