I have gambled on a few popular brands with fiat and never paid withdrawal fees. But that also depends on the withdrawal method. It's not the same if you are withdrawing to a bank account on the other side of the world or transferring your winnings to a digital wallet like Skrill, Neteller, etc.

But even in the crypto casino scene there are some that charge players nothing for withdrawals.
