You're not far from the truth because if other teams in the French ligue 1 were actually serious about winning the league they would have taken seriouse steps in acquiring players that are top class who will be capable of challenging PSG when it comes to the league contention

Other clubs in French ligue 1 are actually serious in winning the French ligue 1 title but since they lack the money to buy quality players that can help them be consistent in winning their matches, we will keep seeing PSG winning the French ligue 1 title every season. It is when rich investors invests in at least five clubs in the French ligue 1, that's when other clubs can challenge PSG for the French ligue 1 title.
