Honestly, I really don't have a budget, but I still manage to regulate my gambling. Most of the times that I gamble, I don't usually plan to, I might just check the games for that day, and if I'm moved to make my prediction, I will, and by sticking to this habit, I manage to not gamble frequently, maybe twice or thrice a month, and with very little amount of money.
If you have no budget, it means you have no chance to gamble. You said you can gamble twice or thrice in each month, it indicates that you actually have budget. But your budget is limited, you just gamble few times in a month. Anyway, there is no problem if you can't gamble frequently, you can gamble any time you have money. There is no pressure to gamble, everyone has their own way in gambling.
Well, you can continue your habit if it is something good. Just stop it if it is bad habit!!
