Confiscate and repatriate all the aid that has been stolen by Zelensky and his associates. That could make a small contribution to the restoration of the remnants of the country.

If an honest vote were taken of the Ukrainian people - including the ones who have fled the war - more of them would side with Russia than with the EU.
