It is frustrating how many newbie accounts started to appear lately and complain about Freebitco.in. I think we are yet to see a flood of complaints in this thread. Their representative has been inactive for a long time; I don't know if they logged in recently. The players have no way to reach freebitco.in and ask to fix the problems and refund the players.
I wish more people would do their research before jumping in and depositing on Freebitco.in. The players are now getting stuck with their funds and they are just going here and there, hoping to get some kind of help so they can get their money back. Unfortunately, we couldn't do anything.
It only takes a simple research and anyone wanting to gamble on freebitco.in would realize that that decision isn't a wise one, but unfortunately, people don't search before they register and even deposit to a casino, they only begin to search after they must have been scammed or an issues arose and they can't reach the casino management for help, they begin to search to see if there was other means of contacting the team behind the casino aside their incline customer support system and sending emails.
Unfortunately, this method often is like applying medication on someone who is already dead, specially when the casino is one that do not care about their users and what they are going through just as freebitco is right now.
Even people who have played on this casino long time ago but stopped along the line, but wish to continue now need to first find out if the casino is still the same as it used to be before they make any deposit, but then, most don't do this, they simply make a deposit and then after, discovered things have changed, then they come here to complain.
