Statistically, Bitcoin is going to give you more money than land no doubt, because it's no where near it peak as of today, because by the look of things, Bitcoin can still go as high as a million dollars or more in the future, but with land, in my own opinion it still has the same potential if it's located at a very good site, and institution like schools or even companies are built closed to it, that will make it skyrocket in value overtime just like Bitcoin, so for land to compete with Bitcoin, it location has to be extremely good, but having both of them is the ideal and reasonable thing to do than just having only one of them.
