hope you are seeing the gap, so it's very clear that Bitcoin is more profitable so invest wisely.
One important question that this raises is that, should you now go on to sell your land if you already possess one for bitcoins?

I think the value that your land will have will depend on the location that it is and for your calculation, a land valued less can exponentially increase in value should a form of development come to that area.

If we dey talk say make person invest wisely, I feel say e dey okay to try get investment for land and for bitcoins too.
Are you also trying to say that in some locations the price of land should have appreciated more than that of Bitcoin within the space of seven years?

I don’t actually think so although some locations do get fast development that do make the price to appreciate, but there are regulations to such price increases in lands and some real estate companies, and the risk involved in Nigeria is also very high because once you have a land in a newly developed  area with massive development, you might be under risk because of fake documents and co that might lead to lose of your property.

However, it is good to invest in land and other physical properties; but Bitcoin is a bit safer if you have the Bitcoin in your personal wallet because there is no third party involved in buying and selling of your Bitcoin, the the value will be there.
