I don't think so, in Napoli's latest match, Lukaku was not in the squad, instead of playing Højlund, Conte preferred Lorenzo Lucca as a starter. Napoli's next match is against Fiorentina & it's not impossible that he'll feature in that crucial clash. It would also be an opportunity for him to prove to Conte that he belongs at Napoli. But back to my initial thoughts, I'm not sure Højlund will play. It might take some time for Conte to get him back into the side.

Napoli's last match in the Serie A was against cagliari, and by time Napoli haven't signed Rasmus Hojlund from Manchester United, so there's no way Antonio Conte would choose Rasmus Hojlund over Lorenzo Lucca. I wouldn't be surprised if Antonio Conte chooses Lorenzo Lucas over Rasmus Hojlund in Napoli upcoming match next weekend because Napoli recently signed Rasmus Hojlund on loan from Manchester United, and Rasmus Hojlund needs to bond with Napoli's team first before Antonio Conte can starting using Rasmus Hojlund as a starter.
