While surfing on the Instagram I came across a video, where casino refuses to cash out $25k winning even after providing ID. Here is that short video. A person has won $25k in gambling, but lady at exchange refuses to change chips into cash.

And why did they cut the video and not show what happened later?  Grin
Too much ragebait there just for content!

If the casino had had a problem with them, they would have picked them from the table and kicked them out or the moment they tried again to cash them after refusal, they would have called the police and had them trespassed.
This is just the supervisor asking them for further information on cashing out, probably because that ID hit something in their database.
You are probably right in suspecting that we were not shown everything in the video. Perhaps the author of this video is trying to show the current situation from his side (to present himself as a victim of the casino's tyranny).

Comparing these two factors, I am inclined to believe that the author of the video is hiding/not telling something.

Probably ragebait video.
Seriously, who is denied $25k and only does this, and posts just 1 minute video and no updates on it?
I still tend to believe this was more of a misunderstanding than an actual denying and it has something to do with his ID.

Exactly my thoughts. A legit casino wouldn't deny a gambler $25K without a reason. If they wanted to scam that amount, they might have kicked him outside with their bouncers rather than arguing why he is being denied the cashout.

Yup, if it was something like fraud, they would have picked him up from the table and police would be there escorting him out and issuing a trespass order.
Nothing like in the video.
