The best way to broadcast a transaction is to first review the mempool to see how congested it is that way you can pick a nice fee that will still give you a decent confirmation time. Most wallets over emphasize high fees with enormous fee rates. If you use a wallet like Electrum, the better since you can see the depth the transaction would be placed if you broadcasted with that fee.

Exactly you are right those fees are way too hifh at the moment of sharing that page, bht the image is just for Clarity sake and just as mentioned, transaction confirmation timing and fees are all subject to the level of mempool demands a d how much transactions is qued on the mempool.

I use custom fees most of the time, since I am willing to wait extra time just to get my transaction confirmed.
